The price is per vehicle, so per person it depends on how many of you travel: two people in the sedan pay about €38 each, three about €25; four in the minivan about €21 each, eight about €11. Luggage and extra passengers cost nothing more.

Capodichino sits inside the city, not outside it: barely 7 km, but along Corso Malta and the Centro Direzionale, where at peak hours traffic is the real cost of the trip. Much of the historic centre is a restricted-traffic zone, so arrivals with luggage often end up unloading a few blocks from the address.
It stops only at Piazza Garibaldi and Molo Beverello: if your address is elsewhere, add a taxi or the metro with your suitcases on top of the bus.
The city sets flat fares from the airport: €21 to the Central Station, €28.50 to the seafront and Mergellina. Ask for it before getting in, otherwise the meter runs. Luggage, night and holiday supplements are included; above 4 passengers the minivan adds €5.
